At the Rose Bay Family Medical Centre, we have made some changes to how we run our practice for the safety of our patients, staff, and doctors. Patients are seen by appointment ONLY.
We are COVID Safe.
Appointments can be made ONLY by telephone by calling 93719474.
Despite easing of restrictions in the community we remain determined to keep
our practice safe for our doctors, staff, and patients.
Please respect our staff and be honest when asked questions about your symptoms.
You will be asked these questions when you book your appointment, when your
appointment is confirmed and when you arrive at the practice and are invited
into the practice for your consultation. However frustrating as this may seem,
we appreciate your patience and cooperation. These procedures are for
everyone’s safety.
You may be requested by the doctors at our practice to undergo COVID-19 testing
prior to your consultation.
All patients must wear a face mask inside the practice. Please bring your own mask with you and always wear it at all times within the practice, especially when speaking with our reception staff at the front door, through our intercom or at the front counter and when in the consulting room with the doctor.
While telehealth is available at our practice it does have limitations. Face to
face consultation is preferable.
